Where We Ship

Riverside Workshop handcrafts custom epoxy furniture in Ontario, Canada and ships across Canada and the United States. Shipping to other international destinations may be available on request — contact us for a quote.

Shipping Quotes

Because every piece we build is custom in size, weight, and configuration, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. A shipping quote will be provided before your order is confirmed. For ready-to-ship pieces, contact us directly for an immediate shipping estimate to your address.

Production & Lead Times

All furniture at Riverside Workshop is built to order. Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of your piece and our current build schedule. Typical lead times range from 6 to 12 weeks from order confirmation. Ready-to-ship pieces are available for immediate delivery — these are listed clearly on our website.

We will keep you updated throughout the production process and confirm your shipping timeline before dispatch.

How We Ship

Large furniture pieces are shipped via freight carrier on a skid or in custom packaging to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our shop. White glove delivery options (inside delivery, room of choice) may be available in select areas — ask us when requesting your shipping quote.

Smaller items may ship via standard courier.

Delivery

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and inspect the piece at time of delivery. Please inspect your item carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage noted at delivery must be documented on the carrier’s paperwork and reported to us within 48 hours with photos.

Delays

Riverside Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to communicate any changes to your estimated delivery date.
